Washington Mills on The Discovery Channel
Washington Mills is featured in an episode of the television show "How It's Made" which airs on The Discovery Channel and The Science Channel this month. The producers of the show were interested in filming a segment on how abrasives are made so they approached Washington Mills about filiming our manufacturing process. We spent two days with the producers filming at our plants in Niagara Falls. The episode features a great behind the scenes look at all of the work that goes into making high quality abrasive grain.
The epsiode will air on The Discovery Channel in Canada on January 22nd 8:00 EST. Stay tuned for re-runs of the episode on The Discovery Channel in other countries and languages in the near future.
